Free Summer Coaching!

Ok for this summer this is what I want to do help people to be healthy, so here is what I have planned. It always helps if you have someone you can talk to help you stay encouraged. It also helps to have someone to tell you, “hey great job!” A personal trainer is what we would all like to have right? This summer I am offering my time to help you get into shape. You can text me, chat with me e-mail me any time of the day to get help and encouragement as you push forward in your goals to live and be healthier! I’m not a doctor or professional I am just someone who is willing to take the time to be a friend and help you feel encouraged!
